Pastor Deborah D. Williams, Senior Pastor

Pastor Williams, a native Washingtonian, received the gift of salvation in 1978 while attending a church service at the invitation of a friend. While growing her faith, she met her future husband, Thomas L. Williams Jr., who was serving as Youth Pastor at her new church home. The two married and birthed two beautiful daughters. The union also experienced the birth of Cornerstone Assembly Abundance Life Center, based on the vision and call given to Pastor Tom in 1984 to preach the abundant life in Christ message in the southeast area of Washington DC. 


For 23 years, Pastor Deborah worked in health care management while simultaneously co-laboring with her husband in serving the Cornerstone family. In addition to preaching and teaching, she developed unique ministry programs, including the founding of Encouraging Word Ministries (EWM), a women and girls empowerment program. 
In January 2000, after the sudden passing of her husband, Pastor Deborah answered the call for Joshua leadership and In October of that same year, she was ordained as the Pastor. Since that time, she has led the congregation through restructuring and revitalization and has sharpened an awareness of the impact of supporting community   and global missions. Pastor Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from George Washington University. In addition to pastoring,   Pastor Deborah devotes her life to leadership and service that extends outside the church and reaches into the world around her. She serves as an executive board member of End Time Harvest Ministries, a coalition member of Beauty For Ashes Ministry and is a member of the Renaissance Leadership Network.



Pastor Keith R. Floyd, Associate Pastor


Pastor Floyd accepted Christ into his life as a young boy in St. Mary's, Georgia, where he grew up surrounded by God-fearing family that served the Lord and ensured his almost daily church attendance. Simply put, this self proclaimed southerner has served the Lord for over 40 years and has been a powerful preacher and teacher in the fast paced urban setting of Washington DC for nearly as many. He is a charter member of Cornrestone, having served alongside Pastors Tom and Deborah since the church’s inaugural service in 1984. As the church’s first Administrator and Assistant Pastor, Pastor Floyd has served in numerous capacities, utilizing his gift for leadership, teaching, preaching and worship. In 2000, upon the passing of Pastor Tom, Pastor Floyd continued as Elder until his ordination as Associate Pastor in 2011.


Pastor Floyd's unique gift of compassion allows him to lead in member care services such as visitation, bereavement and premarital counseling. He is currently chairman of the Board of Trustees and has been married to his lovely wife Deacon Lisa Floyd for 30 years. From their union, he has been blessed with three children and ffive grandchildren. Pastor Floyd holds a degree in in Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland College Park and has served not only the Kingdom but also the federal government in various senior leadership capacities for our 30 years. 



Pastor Ron C. Williams, Associate Pastor 


Pastor Williams, a lifelong Washingtonian, accepted Christ at the urging of the Holy Spirit and prodding of his brother, the late Rev. Thomas L. Williams Jr. in 1981. An avid sportsman, Pastor Ron is dedicated to follow Christ and be an example of Godly manhood to young men.. He has walked out that mission as a member of Cornerstone since it's founding in 1984 where he faithfully served as an armor bearer to  the church’s founder, Pastor Thomas L. Williams, Jr..


In 1991, Pastor Ron was installed as a deacon. In 2001, he became an ordained and licensed minister. During his many years at Cornerstone New Life Ministries (CNLM),, Pastor Ron has served in the following ministries –  leader of the Ushers, Iron Sharpeners Men’s Ministry, Boys Bible Study; as a Worship Team Leader, Intercesory Prayer Leader and Bible Study Teacher as well as a member of CNLM

Board of Directors. Consecrated as an Associate Pastor in 2011, Pastor Ron continues to preach the gospel and teach the tenets of the Christian faith as he serves CNLM with his wife of 25 years, Deacon Kim J Silver-Williams by his side. Together, they have been blessed with four children. In addition to his pastoral certification, Pastor Ron holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Central University (NCCU) and a Masters Degree in Information Security Management from Trinity Washington University.
